The world's most expensive burgers all have a few things in common: Kobe Beef, Truffles, and Foie Gras - the world's most expensive foods and ingredients for dishes seen mainly in white-tableclothed restaurants.
Hold on to your wallet, you're in for a ride. All these burgers cost more than $100.



5) East Meets West Burger
Restaurant: Four Seasons Hotel, Jakarta, Indonesia
Damage: $110
This burger is made by Chef Vindex Tengker in Jakarta's Four Seasons, whose vision of this burger is to marry the East and West. The burger is made of 6 ounches or 200 grams of the finest Kobe Beef, wasabi mayonnaise, and Italian Portobello mushrooms, served on an onion-wheat bun. It is served with Asian pears and French foie gras, French fries, and a glass of wine to finish.

4) Kobe Beef Burger
Restaurant: Restaurante Estik, Madrid
Damage: $120
"Estik" of Restaurante Estik is roughly translated to "steak" in Spanish. This restaurant is a haven for meat lovers and is known as the best meat restaurant in Madrid. Those seeking adventurous eats like gazelle, zebra, buffalo, a well as seafood like lobster and tuna, will have a great time here. The restaurant prides itself with its Guinness World Record title of "most expensive hamburger in the world." Like all the other "most expensive burgers," it is made with Kobe Beef.

DB Bistro Moderne

3) The DB "Royale"
Restaurant: DB Bistro Moderne, New York City & Daniel Boulud Brasserie, Las Vegas
Damage: $120
Served in both NYC and Vegas by Chef Daniel Boulud, this sirloin burger is stuffed with red-wine braised short ribs that have been taken off the bone, foie gras, a mix of root vegetables, and preserved black truffles. To "top it off," a last sprinkle of fresh black truffles is placed on top. It is served on a toasted parmesan bun with horseradish, tomato confit, fresh tomatoes, red onions, and diced lettuce. It comes with a side of French fries. The burger is served only during truffle season from late December to late March.

2) The $777 Kobe Beef and Maine Lobster Burger
Restaurant: Le Burger Brasserie Sports Grille at Paris Las Vegas, Las Vegas
Damage: $777
The burger is made with Kobe Beef, lobster imported from Maine, caramelized onions, Brie cheese, crispy prosciutto, 100-year-old aged balsamic vinegar, and is served with a bottle of Dom Perignon Champagne Rose. A 1996 Dom Perignon Champagne Rose will go for approximately $575. A small 100mL bottle of Cavalli Traditional Gold 100 Year-Old Balsamic Vinegar costs about $200 or you can buy a case of 6 for $999.

Rossini Burger

1) The Kobe Beef FleurBurger "Rossini" (aka. The FleurBurger 5000)
Restaurant: Fleur de Lys at The Mandalay Bay Hotel and Resort, Las Vegas
Damage: They don't call it the FleurBurger 5000 for nothing. $5000.
You can also try the lower-end "Rossini" burger at Burger Bar, also in Mandalay Bay for $60. The FleurBurger is made of sautéed foie gras, black Perigord truffles, truffle sauce on a shallot and truffle brioche bun. It also comes with a bottle of 1990 Chateau Petrus, a French Bordeaux wine which goes for over $2000 per bottle. It is served in Ichendorf Brunello wine glasses imported from Italy, which cost over $100 for a set of 2 glasses.
